Roster Header Overview

The Roster header is located below the main navigation bar, and contains many features to manage schedules and personnel.

Use the following features to navigate throughout the roster.

• Date Selector Arrows- The arrows next to the date move the date one day at a time.
• Date Selector - The date field builds the roster for the selected date range.
• Calendar - The Calendar icon lists the months and years.
• Red Alarm - The alarm icon references the number of vacancies for the selected Roster view.
• Locate People- The Locate People icon displays a list of people on the Roster, and contains data limits, such as Show Vacancies, Limit to On-Duty, Limit to Now, and Locate Me.
• People Filter - The People Filter contains advanced data filters to return specific personnel. For example, who is off-duty, speaks Spanish, assigned to Shift 1, on Team 3, and so on.
• View - The View menu contains default and custom roster views. The default Roster views have angle brackets; for example, <full>. User-Defined Roster views appear for self only unless they are shared with others. Shared Roster views have square brackets; for example, [North Region].
• Gear Icon- The gear icon contains settings to create and manage Roster views.
